About Achievements

What are achievements?

Achievements are a collection of wellbeing milestones inside the Zen+ Health app. There are six to work toward, each tied to one healthy habit, such as starting the day with a check-in or practising a range of breathing exercises.

You can browse the whole collection in the app and see what you have earned, what you are part way through, and what to aim for next. Every achievement has five tiers, from Bronze up to Diamond, so there is always a next step, whether you are on day one or month six.

Complete a work check-in, a breathing or meditation exercise, a quick screening, or finish your daily plan. Each one counts automatically.

Keep the habit up and you move up the ladder, from Bronze through Silver, Gold and Platinum to Diamond.

Zenergy is the points system in Zen+ Health that rewards healthy habits. Every achievement has five tiers, Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Reaching a tier grants a one-time Zenergy boost, up to 2,000 points at Diamond. Learn more about Zenergy.

Yes. Your achievements and progress are personal to you. Workplaces only ever see aggregated, anonymised wellbeing trends for larger teams, never your individual achievements or activity.
